Job Description

This position supports the production of advanced healthcare technology and medical devices in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Candidates will perform assembly and testing responsibilities while maintaining quality and documentation standards throughout the production process.

Role: Assembler/Operator (Temp-to-Perm)

Pay: $16.99 - $17.00/hr

Assignment: Temp-to-Perm

Location: 

Irving, TX 75038 or Plano, TX 75024(Climate-Controlled Environment)

Schedule:

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing environment.

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical device components and assemblies.

• Follow specified and standardized operating procedures under close supervision.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and job documentation.

• Communicate ideas, issues, and solutions effectively with manufacturing management, both verbally and in writing.

• Perform assembly and testing tasks in designated production areas.

• Support operations in the ACP Pack area and Assembly Department.

• Assist with the assembly of Alinity machines.

• Utilize basic computer skills to support manufacturing processes.

• Ensure compliance with quality and production standards.

Requirements:

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, operator, or testing experience required.

• Experience using microscope is a plus

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening upon offer.

Training:

• Paid training is provided.

• All training takes place on 1st Shift before moving to the assigned schedule.

• Initial training schedule: 

○ Monday: 8:45 AM – 3:30 PM

○ Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

○ Following 8 days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Training duration: Approximately 1–3 weeks.
