Job Description

Our client, a UHNW family based in Manhattan, is looking for a highly polished and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across the family’s personal, household, and travel needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who is exceptionally organized, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a fast-paced, ever-changing schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex personal calendars and daily schedules for family members
• Coordinate children’s schedules, including school, activities, appointments, and transportation
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
• Manage private jet schedules, flight arrangements, ground transportation, and travel details
• Oversee household operations and ensure day-to-day needs are handled seamlessly
• Coordinate household vendors, contractors, maintenance, repairs, and service providers
• Manage and coordinate multiple vehicles, including service, maintenance, detailing, and transportation
• Schedule and manage personal appointments, reservations, and other family commitments
• Assist with household projects, errands, special events, and other personal matters as needed
• Act as a trusted point of contact for vendors, staff, service providers, and other external partners
• Anticipate the family’s needs and proactively address issues before they arise
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting a UHNW family
• Strong experience with household management, complex scheduling, and travel coordination
• Experience coordinating children’s schedules and family logistics
• Familiarity with private aviation and luxury travel is highly preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch environment
• Professional, polished, resourceful, and service-oriented
• Must exercise a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
• Must be available to work on-site in Manhattan 5 days per week
